Fully Remote! Business Analyst(Salesforce Project) - Senior, 13 Month Contract + 2 Year Extension

• Remote (Canada) or Onsite in Fredericton, NB

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IM/IT experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Agile projects.

• 5 years (within the last 7) as a Senior Business Systems Analyst covering the full lifecycle (analysis, design, testing, training).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• 2+ years with Salesforce CRM or HealthCloud (within the last 5 years).

• Experience in Social Services, Health, or Case/Care Management.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and DevOps.

• Current certification from IIBA (CBAP), Safe, or Agile associations.
