Mostly remote! Part-Time Data Architect - 903.87 hours + ext. 2 years

• Positions: 1

• Work arrangement: Part-time (0.5 FTE)

• Hours: Approximately 16–20 hours per week

• Standard Operating Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–4:30 PM MST

• Work location: Primarily remote within Canada

• Onsite requirement: May be required to attend meetings/work sessions in Edmonton

• Equipment: Candidate must provide their own computer, software, and other required equipment; Windows is preferred for compatibility with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

• Maximum extension: 24 months

• Respond by: August 25, 2026

• Interview: Expected approximately 2 weeks after posting closes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline

• 2+ years of experience working in or with public-sector environments

• 5+ years of experience providing architecture risk assessments and architecture-related recommendations/advice

• Must complete a Conflict of Interest attestation
