Requirements

• 7+ years working experience as a Business Analyst on Health care/IT projects

• 3+ years of working experience on medium-to-high complexity Agile initiatives

• Work with lines of Agency assets such as Primary Care Information Exchange (PCIE), business architects, developers, UI and UX designers to collect and analyze requirements (i.e. business, integration, interface, data, and non-functional requirements) for new builds, enhancements.

• Work with both primary care vendors and Agency asset product owners to create/update/refine user stories, leverage techniques to drive out business priorities and maintain backlog.

• Manage multiple tasks, work assignments simultaneously, and meet delivery dates, while working under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Document business and system solutions using Agile methodology techniques, as well as support the development of test scripts for end-to-end functional testing.
