Remote & Long Term! Business Analyst - Intermediate, 1 Year Contract + 1 Year Extension

• Start Date: On or after June 29, 2026.

• # Total Working Days: 250 days

• Location: Remote (Within Canada) / Onsite as needed in Fredericton, NB (We will cover the cost)

Requirements:

• University Degree or Post-Secondary diploma in IT (or an equivalent program).

• Minimum of 5 years of IM/IT experience related to the design, development, maintenance, or analysis of business applications.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience working as a Business Analyst.

• Spoken and written competence in English

• 3–5 Years of experience facilitating complex enterprise-level projects (current/future state analysis)  is an asset.

• 3–5 Years of experience with business process mapping, traceability matrices, backlog management, and wireframing is an asset.

• 1–3 Years of experience working within a Canadian Government/Public Sector project setting is an asset.

• 1–3 Years of experience utilizing SAFe, Agile, or similar methodologies is an asset.

• 1–3 Years of hands-on experience using Azure DevOps is an asset.

• 1–3 Years of experience designing user interfaces for mobile-responsive web applications is an asset.

• Professional Certification: An active certification from a recognized association (e.g., IIBA-CBAP or PMI-PBA) is highly preferred.
