Position Details

• Office Location: Right beside Kipling TTC Subway / GO Station,

• Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

• Working Mode: 5 days a week working in office

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.

• Build strong relationships with IT professionals and match them with suitable opportunities.

• Source and engage passive candidates for current and future roles.

• Use platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify candidates with in-demand technical skills.

Qualifications:

• Strong general IT knowledge, including SDLC, databases, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT service management (must-have).

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Technology, or 3–5 years of hands-on IT sourcing and recruiting experience.

• Solid understanding of various IT roles and technical requirements.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple positions.

• Proficient in MS Office, ATS, Jira, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.

• Passionate, persistent, and detail-oriented.
