Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager directly responsible for leading all aspects of large, complex Application Development initiatives

• Demonstrated hands on experience leading and managing agile projects, preferably following Scrum methodology

• Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques

• Demonstrated experience successfully managing OPS governance Cluster and Corporate governance approval processes such as project gating, architecture governance points, digital first assessment

• Experience managing privacy and security deliverables

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Agile development concepts and methodologies and experience leading technical teams

• Experience running scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives

• Demonstrated experience managing external and internal stakeholders and project interdependencies

• Self-motivated leader with strong interpersonal skills and strong technical and business aptitude

• Persistent attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear & concise)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Visio, and Planview

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver within extremely tight deadlines

• Project rescue/project triage experience is an asset

• Previous government experience is an asset
