Fully Remote! .NET Programmer Analyst III, 13 Month Contract

• Job Type: Remote, only onsite when needed; our company will cover the travel expenses

Requirements:

1. Mandatory Requirements (Pass/Fail)

• M1 English Communication: Professional fluency in spoken and written English.

• M2 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent combined education/experience).

• M3 .NET & MVC Expertise: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on programming and design experience with .NET and MVC.

• M4 Identity Management: Minimum 1+ year of programming/design experience with Identity Management solutions.

• M5 MS SQL Server: Minimum 4+ years writing scripts and stored procedures in MS SQL Server.

2. Scored Criteria (80% Weight / 75% Pass Required)

• S1 Secure App Design & Privacy (4+ yrs in last 7): Experience designing secure applications meeting data confidentiality and client privacy standards.

• S2 Agile Delivery (4+ yrs in last 7): Experience working within Agile development methodologies.

• S3 Requirements Translation (4+ yrs in last 7): Experience translating User Stories and solution architecture into technical designs.

• S4 Code Reviews & Best Practices (5+ yrs in last 7): Recent experience conducting code reviews and maintaining enterprise coding standards.

• S5 Front-End Web Tech (5+ yrs in last 7): Development experience using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and UI design.

• S6 Responsive UI Frameworks (5+ yrs in last 7): Hands-on experience with UI Responsive Design and front-end frameworks.

• S7 UI Design Systems (1+ yr in last 5): Direct experience working with formal User Interface design systems.

• S8 REST API Development (5+ yrs in last 7): Experience designing and developing REST-based APIs.

• S9 Azure DevOps (2+ yrs in last 5): Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and dev environments.

• S10 Public Sector Experience (2+ yrs in last 5): Experience working within the Canadian Public Sector as a Programmer Analyst.

• S11 Multilingual Systems (2+ yrs in last 5): Experience developing multilingual (English/French) software applications.

• S12 Identity Management Systems (1+ yr in last 5): Recent design/programming experience with Identity Management solutions.
