Requirements:

• Demonstrates expertise in IT systems and services, including methodologies to measure business value and maturity.

• Experience with agile engineering methods and a broad range of internet technologies such as common internet protocols, web analytics, semantic markup, RESTful API, database concepts and other foundational web topologies that underpin modern digital applications

• Experience with user centred design practices and processes

• Experience with an iterative approach to product development and testing

• Experience managing the agile process for a multi-disciplinary teams that include a product manager, software developers, user researchers, designers, dev/ops, content creators and other subject matter experts
