Remote! Digital Trust Change Manager, 6 Month Contract + 13 Month Extension

• Start date:May 11, 2026 (or sooner if possible)
• Duration: 6 months, full-time (128 days)
• Renewal options: Two optional 6-month renewals (128 days each)
• Possible extension: SNB may extend the engagement by up to 25% or 6 months, whichever comes first.
• Work location: Remote is allowed, including outside New Brunswick.
• Travel: May need to attend meetings at an NB office as required; if working remotely, minimum 1 site visit during the engagement at the vendor’s expense may be required. SNB pays additional on-site travel expenses beyond that if requested.
• Work hours: 7.25-hour workday. Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM Atlantic Time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Organizational Change, Information Technology, or related discipline; or a 2-year college diploma with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a lead Change Manager on medium to large-scale transformational projects in complex environments.
- Experience must include projects that:
- span multiple business units and/or stakeholder groups
- involve coordination with more than 8 direct project participants
- Experience should show the ability to lead organizational change in high-impact, cross-functional programs, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or other security-sensitive areas.
- Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Strong Assets / Preferred Experience
- 5 years leading enterprise-wide change initiatives in multi-stakeholder environments.
- 5 years leading cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops, and aligning groups to change objectives.
- 5 years in organizational readiness, adoption tracking, and measuring change effectiveness.
- 5 years in stakeholder engagement and internal/external communications.
- 5 years in client impact and risk mitigation planning.
- 3 years supporting workforce reskilling, capability building, or talent transition.
- 3 years in large public sector environments, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
- 3 years delivering change for IT modernization, digital transformation, or cybersecurity projects.
- Certification in Prosci, ADKAR, Lean Change Management, or similar is an asset.
