Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience in IT or digital services

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects of delivering user-centric products in complex environments

• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product development and working with cross-functional teams

• Experience creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

• Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements

• Experience defining a product vision and ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
