Requirements:

• M1 Education: Degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, IT, or equivalent combined education/experience.

• M2 Healthcare Multi-Organizational Experience: 10+ years navigating and managing multi-entity healthcare partnerships (shared services, CIS, hospital amalgamations) within Canadian provincial or regional health networks.

• M3 Strategic & Operating Model Consulting: 15+ years in strategic/business planning and operating model development engaging C-suite, ADMs, and healthcare executives.

• M4 Health System Management & Leadership: 10+ years of government and health system management experience designing, implementing, and evaluating healthcare/IT policy and infrastructure.

• M5 Start Date Availability: Immediate availability to start on the SOW-specified date.
