Requirements:

• Leads and facilitates workshops to elicit, review, document, and confirm business requirements, business process reengineering, business models, business rules, and user interface design.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to break down complex business requirements into manageable deliverables for development teams.

• Creates user stories, supports the creation of UX, functional, and technical designs, and ensures that business analysis tasks align with iterative development cycles.

• Develops performance measures for business analysis evaluations and conducts follow-up assessments to ensure compliance with client clusters and corporate I&IT strategies, policies, and priorities.

• Proficient in a range of business analysis and project management tools (e.g., DevOps, MS Visio, Figma, and other modeling tools) to document and track business requirements and designs.

• Experience developing context diagrams, use cases, and use case models.

• Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including reports, reviews, and assessments.

• Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively in a user-friendly manner, ensuring complex information is easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
