Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, IT, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum 10 years of IM/IT experience.

  • Minimum 5 years as a Senior Project Manager managing multiple related projects.

  • Minimum 2 years of full lifecycle delivery using Agile.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

Desired Skills

• Salesforce Expertise: Experience managing Salesforce solutions (Health Cloud is a significant asset).

• Public Sector Experience: Experience working within the Canadian public sector.

• Certifications: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 designation.

• Strategic Influence: Proven ability to lead mixed teams (in-house and external) and influence organizational decision-making.
