Remote! Business System Analyst(Oracle ERP) - Senior, 10 Month Contract + 2 Year Extension

• Remote (Within Canada) / Onsite as needed in Fredericton, NB (We will cover the cost)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years in information technology.

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on Programmer Analyst experience.

• Minimum of 7 years of Business Systems Analyst Experience

• Minimum of 3 years working on a transformative ERP implementation project within a Canadian public service environment (Federal, Provincial, or Municipal) involving complex legacy applications.

• Full professional proficiency (spoken/written) in English ; legally authorized to work in Canada.

• 5–7 Years Mastery of Oracle PL/SQL (creating, maintaining, and debugging advanced packages, procedures, functions, and triggers) alongside strong experience in Oracle Forms and Reports.

• 5–7 Years Expert comprehension of database structures, schemas, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), and interpreting table/field specifications with complex interdependencies.

• 5–7 Years Proven track record analyzing, designing, and testing complex system integrations between multiple applications and data sources.

• 3–5 Years Experience designing and developing data integrations using XML technologies.

• 3–5 Years Experience working directly on a major Oracle Fusion implementation project within the public sector, functioning within a multi-disciplinary team.

• Demonstrated ability to target complex technical communications perfectly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in the .NET stack (VB.Net, C#, MS Forms, and Visual Studio) is an asset.

• Oracle Associate or Professional Certification is an asset.
