• Development experience with ServiceNow portals and Customer Service Management (CSM)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR)

• Any of the following certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, IRM, or equivalent)

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) considered a strong asset

• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification
